Construction and Commissioning of Transformer Substations TS2 and TS3 – Belgrade Waterfront

As part of the project at the prestigious Belgrade Waterfront – Plot 24 location, we successfully completed the construction and commissioning of two transformer substations: TS2 and TS3, each with a capacity of 2×630 kVA, voltage ratio 10/0.42 kV.

Project Overview:

Both substations are located on the underground level of a shared parking structure of two residential buildings, directly across from the Galerija Shopping Center.

Scope of work included:

Delivery and installation of equipment for TS2 and TS3
Installation of two 630 kVA transformers per station
Installation of two low-voltage (LV) and one medium-voltage (MV) switchgear per station
Mounting of metering cabinets and complete electrical connections
Connecting transformers to LV switchgears using copper busbars
Cable routing and terminations between LV and MV switchgears
Full testing and functional commissioning
Following the successful internal technical inspection, the substations were put into trial operation and handed over to the Belgrade Electric Distribution (EDB).

All equipment used in the project was provided by the renowned manufacturer Schneider Electric, for whom we, Elektrovat, are official partners.

Location and Importance:

This project forms a key part of the dynamic development within the prestigious Belgrade Waterfront residential and commercial complex. Execution required a high standard of quality and precise coordination of all on-site activities.
