Elektrovat, acting on behalf of our valued client, TAKENAKA EUROPE GmbH’s, we are pleased to announce the successful completion of the electrical installations project at the TOYO TIRES – Inđija factory. This achievement reflects the culmination of extensive electrical engineering efforts and showcases a high level of proficiency.

This project was an opportunity for Elektrovat to showcase its expertise and dedication to quality, and we are proud to have contributed to the success of the TOYO TIRES – Inđija facility.

Presenting an overview of completed tasks:

Delivery and installation of a diesel electric generator DEA 400kVA, ATS cabinets, and GRO-1E cabinets with associated installations: Elektrovat delivered and installed the diesel electric generator with precision and reliability, along with the ATS cabinets and GRO-1E cabinets, ensuring continuous power supply to critical systems.
Installation of external lighting electrical installations for the factory complex: Our team carefully designed and implemented electrical installations for external lighting, ensuring the safety and functionality of the factory complex.
Installation of electrical installations for the office building: Elektrovat provided a complete electrical installation for the office building, considering the user’s needs and providing efficient solutions.
Installation of electrical power installations and lightning protection installations for the production hall with a total area of 117,000m2: Our expert team performed electrical power installations and lightning protection installations for the production hall, enabling safe and reliable operation over a large area.
Workshop fabrication of distribution cabinets and modular panels: Elektrovat provided the service of fabrication of distribution cabinets and modular boards type Kaedra, using top-notch equipment and technology for optimal results.
Elektrovat successfully completed electrical works for the construction of six substations, prioritizing quality and reliability. Each substation, equipped with Schneider Electric equipment, aimed to ensure stable power supply and functionality. Below is an overview of the substations and associated electrical works:

Additional Electrical Works:
- Installation of two switchyards at 20kV (type SM6 Schneider Electric)
- Installation of 20kV cable lines for interconnections
- Implementation of remote monitoring and control for switchyard RP20kV
- Expansion of SCADA in ED Indjija
- Integration of TK control system
Manufacturing, delivery, and on-site assembly of a mobile transformer station KTS 1000kVA 20/0.4, complete with sleds and 20kV cable ducts, electrical installation of construction site containers and sites, workshop fabrication and assembly of distribution cabinets (26 units).
