During the implementation of the project, the following was done at the hydropower plant:

Designing Preliminary design, project detail design, designs necessary for a construction permit, for the purposes of obtaining the necessary permits.
Construction of machine hall and pipelines;
Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of SCADA systems and control systems;
Delivery, installation, connection and commissioning of energy cabinets;
Delivery, installation, connection and commissioning of control cabinets;
Delivery, installation, connection, and commissioning of the generator (generator 1: 360kVA, generator 2: 280kVA);
Delivery and installation of cable routes;
Delivery, installation and connection of cables;
Delivery, installation and commissioning of panel shutters;
Delivery, installation and commissioning of 35kV power cable;
Construction of a hydropower tunnel in the length of 90 m;
Manufacture of supply GRP and SPIRO pipeline, in the length of 2000 m;
Construction of access roads from SHPP Beli Kamen to SHPP Komalj;
