Project of the Improvement of Substations and Pump Stations at TENT A

Kaseta 2 and Kaseta 3: Electrical Installations for Pump Stations PS1 and PS2

For the PS1 and PS2 pump station projects, the following works were completed:

  • Workshop fabrication and assembly of two containers with LV motor control systems, equipped with frequency converters and auxiliary equipment.

  • Installation of electromechanical drive systems and instrumentation.

  • Construction of a 6kV cable line.

  • Relocation and reconstruction of two prefabricated concrete substations (BTS-4 and BTS-7).

Kaseta 4: Electrical Substation Installation (6/0.4kV, 2x1250kVA)

The Kaseta 4 project involved:

  • Electrical installation of a 6/0.4kV substation with two transformers of 2x1250kVA capacity.

  • Installation of ABB UniGear ZS1 switchgear, including microprocessor-based protection system configuration.

  • Mounting of transformers and enclosed busbar systems.

  • Workshop fabrication and installation of LV distribution systems and cabinets with frequency converters (3x355kW, 2x132kW).

  • Deployment of PLC cabinets, SCADA server cabinets, and telemetry cabinets.

  • Development and implementation of application software for the SCADA system.

  • Installation of PLC controllers, operator panels, and energy and telecommunication systems for the pump stations.

  • Installation of instrumentation and external lighting systems.
