Medium voltage Cable Installation and TS-FAM3 Construction for Valvoline in Kruševac

Elektrovat has successfully completed the installation of 10 kV supply cables (380 m in length) and the full construction of the new TS-FAM3 (1×630 kVA) substation at their Valvoline site in Kruševac, for ELLIS ENTERPRISES EAST. The project includes HDD drilling, standard cable trench excavation, and the installation of Schneider Electric equipment (Trihal 1×630 kVA, RM6, Prisma).

Detailed Project Description

  • Installation of Medium Voltage (10 kV) Supply Cables

    • Cable length: 380 m (from the existing TS-FAM2 to the new TS-FAM3).
    • Execution method: HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) combined with standard-dimension cable trench excavation.

  • Construction of the New TS-FAM3 Substation (1×630 kVA)

    • Complete construction of the substation building.
    • Capacity: 1×630 kVA.

  • Installed Equipment (Schneider Electric)

    • Dry-type power transformer Trihal 1×630 kVA
    • MV switchgear type RM6
    • LV switchgear type Prisma
    • Lighting installations and service sockets
    • Panel for light signaling of main switchgear status
    • Panel for relay signaling of main switchgear status for the fire alarm system
