XINGYU company is engaged in the production of car lights, fog lights, daytime running lights, interior, and ambient lights. The company has branches in Foshan and Changchun in China and branches abroad located in Serbia and Japan.

The company owns more than 4,500 items of manufacturing equipment and over 200 assembly lines for various purposes. It has an annual capacity of producing 80 million lights for vehicles of various categories.

The Chinese company has invested 60 million euros in the 47,000 m2 project and plans to employ 1,000 workers.

Elektrovat DOO, as the main contractor for the electrical works, performed the following at the industrial complex XINGYU:

As a part of the main electrical works at the XINGYU production and business facility, we worked on the delivery, installation, and commissioning of:

35 / 10kV substation containing part of the primary distribution, 35kV (part of electric power industry of Serbia) where Schneider Electric switchgear DNF7  is installed and part of 35 / 10kV substation (of the investor), where Schneider Electric switchgear SM6  is installed – 38.5 kV i.e. SM6 – 12 kV, with associated three-phase oil transformer 35 / 10.5kV, 8000kVA.

In addition to these substations, two more substations 10 / 0.4 KV, 2x2000KVA were constructed. Within which Schneider Electric switchgear type SM6 – 12KV were installed.

We delivered, installed and commissioned  Canalis busbar trunking system by Schneider Electric, rated currents of 800-3200A
