Elektrovat at Strabag – Brose Factory, Pančevo

At the Brose Factory in Pančevo, Elektrovat collaborated with Strabag d.o.o. Belgrade to execute a comprehensive electrical installation project including substation electrical installation services.

Electrovat provided comprehensive substation electrical installation services in Pančevo. Tailored solutions for industrial requirements.

The scope of work included:

  • Installation of a prefabricated busbar trunking system encompassing various amperages: 2500A, 2000A, 1600A, 800A, 630A, spanning a total of 23 lines and 3319m.

  • Workshop production and installation of LV distribution cabinets.

  • Execution of electrical installations at the substation TS 4x2500kVA 10/0.4kV.

  • Installation of a 20kV switchgear, utilizing ABB’s UniSec 24 type.

  • Deployment of transformers rated at 2500kVA.

  • Prefabricated installation of a 4000A busbar trunking system (4 sets).

  • Workshop production and installation of type-tested LV switchyards rated at 4000A, type Pro E power (4 units).

  • Deployment of 4 energy reactive compensation cabinets.
