Elektrovat is a company with decades of experience in the production of low-voltage systems, electrical panels, and distribution boxes for use in various parts of the electrical power system, as well as in their control and management. Over decades of work, we have participated in many projects, and each one has enriched us with new experience.

We manufacture our products exclusively using high-quality materials and equipment from renowned domestic and international manufacturers. Our panels are produced by qualified and trained personnel, from preparation and assembly, through in-process production control, all the way to final testing of the completed product and the preparation of the corresponding test report. We do all of this with the aim of ensuring that the final product is of the highest quality.

In addition to manufacturing panels based on previously prepared documentation, we also offer our own solutions: equipment layout design, wiring diagram preparation, as well as complete design services depending on your needs. For panel design, we use EPLAN Pro Panel — an advanced software module intended for 3D design and construction of control panels, distribution systems, and electrical power distribution systems.

Electrical panels represent the central nervous system of every facility. Their primary role is the distribution of electrical power and the protection of equipment. They are also used for control, metering, and signaling. They can be divided into several groups, depending on their purpose.

Low-Voltage Fixed Switchgear

Low-voltage fixed switchgear systems (switchgear assemblies and cabinets) are systems in which electrical components, such as circuit breakers, fuses, and busbars, are permanently and securely mounted inside the cabinet. They are used for the reception, distribution, and control of electrical power. Due to their reliability, their primary purpose is to supply power to motors, lighting, and industrial facilities. The main characteristics of fixed switchgear systems are structural reliability, high cost-effectiveness, a high degree of protection, and easy access.

Standard PrismaSeT P switchgear systems by Schneider Electric

Standard PrismaSeT P switchgear systems by Schneider Electric represent an industry standard for low-voltage distribution cabinets with a rated current of up to 4000 A. They are intended for commercial and industrial facilities, and the key advantages of the system include modularity and flexibility, a high level of safety, time savings during assembly, high mechanical strength, and an aesthetic and ergonomic design. Withdrawable Cassette Switchgear Systems

Withdrawable cassette switchgear systems enable fast and safe replacement of equipment without interrupting the power supply. Their main advantages include high reliability, maximum operator safety thanks to complete fault isolation through cassette compartmentalization, modularity for easy expansion, and minimal downtime during maintenance. Separation form up to 4b. They are used in facilities where high reliability is of critical importance, such as hydro and thermal power plants, complex industrial facilities, clinical centers, and similar applications.

Electric Motor Drive Distribution Cabinets

Electric motor drive distribution cabinets are specialized low-voltage systems intended for the power supply, protection, and control of industrial electric motors, such as pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyor belts. They consist of switching, protective, and control equipment, including contactors, thermal overload relays, PLC devices, and frequency converters.

Automatic Control Cabinets (PLC Cabinets)

Automatic control cabinets (PLC cabinets) are the central “brain” of industrial and technological facilities. They are specifically designed for the control and monitoring of machines and processes. They consist of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), relays, and measuring devices connected to actuating elements. Each cabinet is manufactured based on the technological requirements of the process. This includes the preparation of technical diagrams, equipment installation, and programming of the operating logic. Automatic control cabinets enable data collection and remote operation through SCADA systems.

DC Distribution Cabinets

DC distribution cabinets in substations are used to provide a reliable power supply for control, signaling, and protection systems. These systems must operate even in the event of a complete loss of alternating current (AC) voltage. Their function is to distribute direct current voltage, most commonly 24 V, 48 V, 110 V, or 220 V, to protection relays, circuit breakers, signaling systems, telecommunications equipment, and spring-charging motors. They are powered by stationary batteries and industrial rectifiers, or battery chargers. They contain systems for measuring voltage, current, and system insulation, including ground-fault monitoring, as well as alarms for reporting rectifier power supply failures. These cabinets are designed to ensure uninterrupted power supply and guarantee safe operation and control of high-voltage switchgear.

Distribution Cabinets for Reactive Power Compensation

Distribution cabinets for reactive power compensation are used for the local generation of reactive power. They are installed in industrial and commercial facilities to eliminate penalties for excessive reactive power drawn from the grid, reduce losses, and stabilize voltage. Benefits within the electrical power system include reducing reactive energy costs by up to 80%. The investment payback period is usually less than two years; they relieve the load on the grid and provide more stable voltage. Higher harmonic filters, or detuning reactors, are necessary in networks with nonlinear consumers.

Distribution Cabinets

Distribution cabinets are central components of electrical installations that receive electrical power from the main source and safely distribute it across multiple circuits. They provide power supply to devices, protect installations from overloads and short circuits, and enable easy system control.

Mobile distribution boxes are high-quality industrial solutions designed for the safe distribution of electrical power in the most demanding operating conditions. They are made from high-quality solid rubber or special plastic and are distinguished by exceptional durability, modularity, and adaptability to different types of terrain.

Type-Tested Sheet Metal Transformer Substations

Type-tested sheet metal transformer substations are designed for the distribution of electrical power in open-pit mines, on construction sites, in industrial facilities, and in urban environments. They are manufactured entirely from corrosion-protected sheet metal and are type-tested in accordance with international standards. They are supplied as fully equipped units, including a medium-voltage block, transformer, and low-voltage block, ready for quick installation on a prepared concrete foundation or on their own supporting chassis. Since they are fully factory-wired and tested, commissioning time on site is reduced to a minimum.
